These radically changing times are testing all of us to step up to the plate in some area of our lives. To let go of worn out patterns of behaviors stemming from fear of not being worthy or good enough or even lovable. What needs to change in your life? What has already changed due to these unprecedented circumstances? Are you reacting in anger and anxiety or are you paying attention to your emotional state of being and responding with maturity and grace by trusting that there are opportunities to take action to make better choices for yourself and your loved ones. What action do you need to take right now to help yourself?
This is a time to dream or plant some seeds about creating a life that we love. When we say that we want this or that to change, what voice tells us to forget it…not going to happen? Our Default Mode will force us to withdraw and give up but the Soul’s voice, who knows how to fulfill our desires, is also there listening to this inner conflict.
Pay attention to your feelings and take special time for yourself to listen to your heart. We are shifting from letting life lead us from the outside to living life from the inside out! For many this will be a time of awakening and a time of learning to see life from a higher perspective. As a result, it will be easier to release old patterns of behavior that limit expansion and movement.
Let’s all start to build a stronger personal and spiritual foundation. Let’s wake up to the truth that we are not just blood and bones but, that we also carry an eternal spiritual energy within…call it God, Allah, Christ or Universe…it doesn’t matter. Trusting the awareness of this truth, you may decide to take some risks or make some changes in your life based on loving and respecting yourself. The gift of this connection is Self-Love, loving all of you (warts and all), as well as, contentment, compassion and self-healing. For some, these words will sound like “woo woo”, but until you can continuously shift your emotional state of being to a higher frequency of love and accept that this takes practice…nothing will change in your life.
