Feel Like You’re on a Hamster Wheel?

Astrologically, these are wild times.  I’ve been feeling like each morning I get on a hamster wheel and go, go, go, yet, go nowhere, and that makes me feel like a victim.  Sometimes it takes a few days before I stop long enough to pay attention and tune in to how I’m feeling… bored, blah, angry, resentful.  Once I can identify the darkness inside of me, I will usually go for a walk and re-mind myself of how lucky and blessed I am, and of all that I have to be grateful for.

I will look around at the beauty of my surroundings and the smells of flowers and ocean air and I will slowly shift into feelings of balance and calm.  That is one of many actions that I take to feed my Soul.  I’ve been practicing this for some time now and I don’t usually stay down the dark rabbit hole for long but, I’m human, so I will take a dip every now and then!

The intensity of shifting energies in the world around us will easily infiltrate your physical, emotional and spiritual bodies if you are not awake.  How adept are you at noticing what energy/emotions are yours and what arrows are coming at you from the outside?  As humanity yearns for peace and harmony, we all have to do our individual part in making that future happen.  Many people ask me how they can make an effective contribution towards human equality and freedom.

It’s easy to wander into the atmosphere of fear but the challenge humanity faces at this historic time, is to travel, not far and wide, but on a journey within to nurture, heal and expand our own love center.  Getting off the hamster wheel by choosing to connect with your heart, forgive the past and feed your soul, will significantly make a difference in your world, as well as, the world around you.
